The preparation of this meal is very simple and easy. I loved that! I only had to vent the end, cook in the microwave for a few minutes, stir and cook for a few more minutes. I then let this dinner stand for a few minutes before serving. This meal smelled wonderful. It did taste great! This meal makes a wonderful tasting quick lunch for me! It has lots of rice, peppers and onions in it along with tender and tasty slow cooker braising steak casserole strips and pieces. Yum. This dish is delicious. I totally enjoyed it. I rate Michelina's Traditional Recipes Pepper Steak & Rice Dinner four stars out of five stars. I will be buying this dinner again. For the very low price, you cannot beat it. It is low cal and low in fat! Fantastic.

As luck may have it, dogs from either a mixed breeding or purebred dogs can develop health issues sometime in their lives. It all depends on genetics. There are some purebred dogs that are extremely healthy and the same can be said about mixed breeds. It really does not matter - purebred versus mixed breed - give the pet the best health care, food and attention you can, and the dog will have a lower risk of getting sick. And by all means select the dog that is the best choice for you and stewing steak your family.

There are so many ways to do this, but let's discuss about one particular topic that always seems hectic. Dinner time. Every Sunday I sit with my children (great time to just talk and bond) and we go over cookbooks and recipes that I've collected. (If you don't have a cookbook, go out and get one with slow cooker braising steak, or one for casserole dishes. Great time saver!) We pick out our favorite recipes, throw in a couple of new interesting ones, and then I head to the grocery store to shop for the ingredients of the recipes we've decided on. Late evening Sunday's are a good time for shopping. Notice I wrote that I go. Alone.

Looking at the ingredients, I love that the first ingredient I see is beef, and the second is onions. I feel this is a healthy meal, and it fits into my low calorie and low fat counts for the day. The bag contains four 3 ounce servings, and each serving has only 60 calories, 3.5 grams of fat, 1.5 grams of saturated fat, zero grams of trans fat, 15 mg of cholesterol, 340 mg sodium, 2 grams of carbohydrates, 0 grams of fiber, 1 gram of sugar, and 5 grams of protein. Of course you have to add in the calories and fat grams of your bread, but this is still a fairly healthy meal. I even like the steak slices served on the Oroweat Thin Slice breads.

Since I work at home, having the kitchen stay a comfortable temperature is a must, as I spend quite a bit of time there preparing meals and snacks for my day care kids. I use my crock pot year round, and love its usefulness during the warm weather months when I can fix the beginnings of the meal in the morning when I've got other 'stuff' out on the counter anyway, put it all in the pot, and then clean up the whole mess when I'm done. The crock pot requires very little clean up itself, so there you have yet another major reason for why slow cooking is so great.

If you really want to kick the flavor up a notch, take a few extra minutes to make some "gravy" with the drippings from the crock pot. When you remove the meat, pour the excess liquid into a bowl through a strainer. Put that liquid into a pot on the stove, braising meat cuts gently boil it until the liquid volume has reduced by roughly half. Add a few tablespoons of flour to thicken it up, and you've got the best taco sauce possible!
