Street Impression Thrilling Derby Win

Diane Lane is the first to admit that she's been "relatively obsessed" with horses since her childhood. So playing champion horse owner Penny Chenery in the movie "Secretariat" was literally a thrilling experience for her. Based on the true story of the superstar horse Secretariat, the dramatic film (whose DVD/Blu-ray release is on January 25) shows how Penny came into possession of Secretariat and how the horse evolved into the legend that won the Triple Crown in 1973.

War Admiral didn't get off to a blazing start in his career but he did win 3 of his first 6 races. He also had 2 second place finishes and 2 third place finishes. He wasn't even the leading 2 year old that year. But after he won his first start at age 3, people began to take notice of this horse. That first win as a 3 year old was at the Chesapeake Stakes at Maryland's Havre de Grace race track. It was after this victory that Riddle decided to give War Admiral a shot at the Kentucky Derby. He finally got over his prejudices about racing that far west when he realized that War Admiral could very well be a contender for the WWE crowns.

The ECW fans were not satisfied with the company's end but life moved forward. Paul Heyman and other ECW talents, like Tommy Dreamer and Rob Van Dam, signed contracts with the WWE. In the ECW bankruptcy hearings the WWE were rewarded the naming rights to ECW and its video library. ECW was dead and gone. The ECW fans still did not want to accept this reality though. Fans would go to WWE shows and chant "E-C-W! E-C-W!" for former ECW wrestlers and anytime something "extreme" happened. In 2004 the WWE released The Rise & Fall of ECW DVD which was bought in record numbers. It was clear there still was an audience willing to pay to see ECW.

The Pope is another wrestler who's currently fallen dramatically. In fact, things turned for the worse when both The Pope and Samoa Joe entered into a feud with each other late last year. The Pope was at one point receiving a major push alongside Sting and Kevin Nash before they both left. Since then, he's fallen as fast as a "Samoan Submission Machine".

Here in the Tampa Bay area in Florida there have always been, for as long as I can remember, various martial arts schools in the disciplines of judo, karate, taekwondo, and wrestling. The latter, wrestling, has produced many professional wrestlers from Tampa, past and present, of the WWE and other wrestling federations. There is even a wrestling arena nearby where I live that tapes live matches every Thursday night. With this kind of sport and martial arts history it is no wonder there are several mixed martial arts training facilities to choose from here in Tampa Bay. Here are three locations where to get mma training in.

wrestling opened a lot of doors for me. While I was filming "The Wire", my younger brothers got into wrestling. So, I'd go help out my Alma mater's high school team.

Can't find a video link to his Tesio Stakes try. He is another lightly raced colt who has yet to try graded stakes company so its right to the deep end today. His 2 wins were okay but nothing special and while he has last years Preakness jock winner on Big Brown, Kent Desormeaux its going to take alot to bring this boy home as his speed figures are well below the best in here. Should finish up the track but if you use underneath in exotic bets you will get a price.
